Tuesday, November 14 at 7:00PM - 9:00PM at Festival Hall for the November 2023 Neighbors Helping Neighbors Member Meeting. There will be an organization results update and a preview performance from upcoming OPAS Lounge Series Guest artist Jumaane Smith.
